So the weekend hit and then Sarah visited. I saw Cynthia "cheated like whoa" - count me in on that one.

Dinner tonight was so good! But don't let me get ahead of myself...
Yesterday I went to work and jumped on the scale and found I lost 5 lbs - Nice! Of course, I found out soon afterwards that my competition had lost 8 lbs and 5 lbs so this made my accomplishment (of water loss haha!) seem less glorious. Here's what I consumed yesterday:
B: 4 Deviled Egg Halves, 1 tomato, Decaf coffee w/ 2 tbsp of heavy cream and Splenda
S: 1/4c almonds
L: 4cups of greens with egg salad (2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayo)
S: 1 Red Pepper, sliced
D: Vegan Steak Bites (4), 1/2cup Mock Mashed Potatoes, & a zucchini, sliced and boiled w/1Tbsp butter
Exercise: 15 minutes stair climbing, 18 minutes stationary bike, some work with free weights
++Drank 3L water with two Crystal Light packets, a Decaf Diet Coke (1can), & a sparkling cucumber water
Then today - I was sure I wouldn't eat any eggs since I ate four of them yesterday, but after I got out of the dentist's office, I couldn't imagine chewing anything so there was more egg salad...
B: 1/2c High Protein Special K, 1/4c walnuts (chopped), & 1/2c unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
S: String cheese
L: 4cups of greens with egg salad (3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayo)
D: Thai Double Soy stir fry (Vegetarian Times - got this from the net but I ordered a subscription to this) - I ate two cups of this as pictured above and it was very satisfying. Tasty and filling (Even E Dub liked it)
Exercise: 13 minutes of stationary bike; 62 minutes on the treadmill (1st mile in 18:39, 2nd mile in 37:00, and 3rd mile in 58:40 - completed 3.12 miles)
++Drank 1L water with a 4C To Go packet, 1 sparkling cucumber water, 1 Steak blueberry pomegranate sparkling green tea, 2 pints water (there may be more beverages in my future that don't get logged - perhaps a decaf diet coke?)
Added bonus - had my monthly visitor stop by today which probably accounted for a pound or two on my baseline weight so maybe I secretly had a leg up on my opponents when we weighed in yesterday. Since the competition is 6 weeks I don't have to worry about this being an issue when we do the final weigh in (YES!).
Also, my blood pressure is down to 116/75! Sweet!

Tonight was the season premiere of the Biggest Loser and day two of my own personal attempt at competing against my coworkers to be the RV version of the biggest loser.
Yesterday (Monday):
B: 2 Hot & Spicy Morning Star Soysages with half an Avocado and 8 cups of decaf coffee w/splenda and two tablespoons of heavy cream
S: 1/4cup peanuts
L: 4 cups of greens with 3oz Havarti, 3 slices of yves "turkey" slices, 2 Tbsp Whole Foods Roasted Garlic and Rosemary dressing, 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
S: Half a cucumber, sliced
D: An entire package of Gardein hotwings (only half the sauce) w/a tiny bit of sour cream and blue cheese (didn't eat as much of blue cheese mix as I planned because I didn't really like it). Drank a zero calorie Steaz with dinner (not realizing there was caffeine in the beverage.
Random: 2 packets of 4C Totally Light To Go (cherry pomegranate)
Exercise: One mile walk
Today (Tuesday):
B: Spinach and Cheddar omelette w/three cups of coffee, 1 Tbsp heavy cream & splenda
S: Half an avocado
L: Three slices of yves "turkey" with mustard; salad (4 cups of greens with 3oz goat cheese and balsamic vinegrette); Diet Coke (Decaf)
S: 1 Mozzerella Cheese stick
D: 3oz "steak" bites (four pieces), half cup of mock mashed potatoes (delish), and half cup of cooked spinach; cucumber sparkling water
Exercise: About an hour on the treadmill - First mile in 19:59, Second mile in 42:09, and Third mile in 62:33 and I actually took the time to stretch afterwards. Used the Cynthia Running Mix as a motivator. Had to make two trips to the bathroom during/after the workout - almost didn't make it the second time.
Regarding the yves "turkey" slices, which we were all curious about...the first time I tried it in a salad and thought I didn't like them. But today I tried them by themselves with the mustard and they weren't bad at all.
I had to take a nap today because I got a terrible headache this afternoon. I'm hoping this isn't going to be a regular trend.
Also, my urine is a delightfully fluorescent yellow now that I'm taking a MVI (Rainbow's Light Women's One). I asked the clerk for a vitamin that wouldn't cause GI upset and this seems to be working out (the above noted GI upset was due to the exercise). I'm also taking Whole Foods 365 Flax Seed Oil caplets and my sublingual B12 vitamin. Drinking plenty of water...
