What's goin' on with the missing Chapes

So the weekend hit and then Sarah visited. I saw Cynthia "cheated like whoa" - count me in on that one.

Friday, January 7th 2011
B: Hungry Girl Breakfast Pizza Mexicali w/coffee
S: Yves "turkey" slices (3) with mustard
L: Greens with Curried Chik'n salad, Caffeine Free Diet Coke
D: Half the Mockafoni casserole with half an English cucumber, sliced with 4 sodas (2 diet ginger ales and 2 diet cream sodas)
Exercise: 20 minutes stationary bike, 20 minutes power yoga

Saturday, January 8th 2011
B: Half a cup of High Protein Special K w/Almond milk
S: Quarter cup of Almonds
L: The other half of the Mockafoni casserole
D: Two stuffed poblano peppers (3 cheeses and boca crumbles) - baked
Exercise: An hour on the treadmill

Monday, January 9th 2011
B: 2 Morningstar soysages with half an Avocado
S: Quarter cup of Almonds
L: Greens with Curried Chik'n Salad and half an English cucumber, sliced
D: Six slices of baked eggplant with a mozzerella ball and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (Eggplant Pizza)
Exercise: 15 minutes of stairclimbing, 15 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, January 10th 2011
B: Half a cup of High Protein Special K w/half a cup of Almond milk
L: Cup of curried carrot soup, Eggplant "pancake" with mozzerella, roasted red pepper, garlic cream sauce
D: Fajita bar with Chik'n
S: 4 glasses of wine, one shot of spiced rum
Exercise: 4 minutes of stationary biking, ~1mile walk around New Hope

Wednesday, January 11th 2011
B: Half a cup of High Protein Special K with half a cup of Almond milk
L: Salad with white bean dip, grilled asparagus, roasted tomatoes, mozzerella cheese, greens, and balsamic vinegrette
S: 6cups of movie popcorn, diet root beer
D: Stuffed portobella mushrooms (stuffed with ricotta, spinach, garlic, and mozzerella)
S: Five shots spiced rum with five diet cream sodas
Exercise: ~1mile walk around Doylestown

Thursday, January 12th 2011
B: Half a cup of High Protein Special K with Almond milk and one soysage
L: Salad with hummus, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lemon juice
D: 2oz Goat Cheese
Exercise: 35minutes on the Treadmill
